Horse Raffle Rules & Terms

Eligibility

    •    Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

    •    Raffle is void where prohibited by law.

    •    By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to all rules and terms listed below.

Raffle Details

    •    The raffle prize is one horse, described to the best of our knowledge at the time of posting.

    •    No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered.

    •    The raffle will run from 1st of every month to 5th, or until all tickets are sold.

    •    The winning ticket will be selected at random and announced publicly on facebook.

Ticket Information

    •    Tickets are $25 each.

    •    Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    •    Purchasing more tickets increases chances of winning but does not guarantee a win.

    •    There is no limit on the number of tickets an individual may purchase unless otherwise stated.

Winner Selection & Notification

    •    One winner will be chosen via a random draw.

    •    The winner will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw.

    •    If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, a new winner may be drawn.

Transfer of Ownership

    •    The horse will be transferred to the winner as-is, with no guarantees beyond what has been disclosed.

    •    Once the horse leaves our care, all responsibility, risk, and expenses transfer to the winner.

    •    The winner must arrange pickup or shipping within 48 hours of notification.

    •    Shipping, hauling, board, and ongoing care costs are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

Veterinary & Soundness Disclosure

    •    The horse is represented honestly to the best of our knowledge.

    •    No warranties, expressed or implied, are made regarding future soundness, performance, temperament, or suitability.

    •    A pre-purchase exam is not applicable for raffle horses unless otherwise stated.

Alternate Winner Clause

    •    If the selected winner is unable or unwilling to accept the horse, an alternate winner may be drawn.

    •    No refunds will be issued in place of accepting the prize.

Liability Waiver

    •    By entering, participants release and hold harmless SS EQUINE LLC, its owners, family members, and affiliates from any liability related to the raffle, horse ownership, transport, or future use of the horse.

Legal Compliance

    •    This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

    •    Taxes, if any, associated with winning the horse are the responsibility of the winner.

    •    We reserve the right to cancel or modify the raffle if required by law or unforeseen circumstances.

Final Notes

    •    Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the raffle process will result in disqualification.

    •    All decisions are final.

    •    Please ask questions before purchasing tickets.
